Every HD Brows Stylist is taught how to safely perform HD Brows treatments during their course and should be referring to their training documents regularly to ensure that they are always following the correct risk management protocols for their customers.
However, we understand that over time manuals may be misplaced, and bad habits picked up, so here’s our standard patch testing policy, readily available for you to check at any time, live from the Resource Centre.
We have worked together with our manufacturers to create this policy, based on industry best standards, and regularly ensure that our guidance is updated so that you, and your customers, are protected.
Upon booking, you will be charged 50% of the full treatment price. You will then need to collect and apply a patch test which is compulsory and the treatment appointment will not take place once this is performed. This is to ensure your safety. If you find that you have reacted to the patch test, it is your responsibility to let me know asap and rinse the area immediately. If you fail to inform me of this beforehand and go ahead with the treatment, I am no longer liable for any reaction that took place. As per my insurance policy, I am required to take reasonable steps to prevent this i.e. do the patch test. On the other hand, if you do let me know about the reaction I am able to adapt the treatment to suit your sensitivity and skip the tint. If then you choose that you do not want to go ahead with the treatment at all – the 50% deposit will be retained and remain non-refundable.
